Hey there!
Jill Frances Johnson grew up overseas, schooled in Jordan, Nepal, and Nigeria. She earned her MFA in Creative Nonfiction at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA in 2017 after graduating from Smith College in the Ada Comstock Scholars Program for nontraditional (older!) students. She’s the Associate Nonfiction Editor at Solstice Literary Magazine. Her work appears in The Manifest Station, Under the Gum Tree, Clockhouse and Solstice Lit Mag. Her current project, Water Skiing in Kashmir, a Memoir of Crossing Boundaries, is about expat life, family secrets and the lengths people go to keep up appearances. She divides her time between the green hills of Vermont and the arty city of St Petersburg, Florida.
